When placing an order through Mountain Meals, please review your selections and delivery information carefully. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including delivery address and contact information, are entered accurately at checkout.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our fresh, made-to-order meals, all sales are final once an order is placed. We take great pride in the quality of our food, and if there is ever an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Our goal is always to ensure your experience meets our standards of excellence.We cannot cancel orders after the deadline. We will refund your money using the same method you originally paid with.
Subscription Policy
Updated Subscription Policy (Effective January 1 2025)
Our subscription plans are designed for customers who order weekly and rely on our meals consistently. Subscriptions include priority ordering and a reserved spot in our weekly production schedule, allowing us to plan ingredients, staffing, and prep at the highest level.
Starting January 1, all subscription plans must be canceled or paused at least one week prior to your scheduled weekly renewal.
Cancellations made less than one week before renewal will apply to the following week, and the upcoming order will still be processed as scheduled.
We understand that life happens — travel, schedule changes, and busy seasons are part of real life. You are always welcome to pause your subscription when needed.
However, if you prefer to order only on select weeks when a menu fits your preference, our one-time ordering option will be the best fit.
Frequent skipping of subscription orders may result in switching to a one-time ordering plan to help keep our system running smoothly for all customers.
